Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect what we need to file your documents and verify identity. We don't sell your data. Ever.
What we collect
Names, email, phone, address, last 4 of SSN (for credit bureau matching), loan details, and signed documents. We use Plaid for optional bank verification — Plaid never shares your bank password with us.
Why we collect it
To prepare filings, verify your identity (KYC), report to bureaus accurately, and send you status updates. Nothing else.
How we protect it
256-bit encryption in transit and at rest. SOC 2 controls. Access is limited to the small team that operates the filing pipeline.
What we never do
Sell your data. Share with advertisers. Use it to train AI models outside of internal fraud detection.
Your rights
You can export, correct, or delete your data anytime by emailing privacy@laas.app. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.
