Your dispute rights under the FCRA
YOUR RIGHT TO DISPUTE REPORTED INFORMATION

Under the FCRA, you have the right to dispute any information that has been reported about your account to a consumer reporting agency.

How to file a dispute:
1. Submit your dispute in writing to Certo, Inc. at the address or email listed in your agreement.
2. Include your name, agreement/filing ID, and a clear description of the information you believe is inaccurate.
3. Include any supporting documentation.

Within 30 days of receiving your dispute, we will:
• Investigate the dispute
• Report our findings to you
• Correct any information found to be inaccurate
• Notify each consumer reporting agency to which we furnished the disputed information

By submitting, you certify that the information provided is true to the best of your knowledge. Certo will complete an investigation within 30 days as required by the FCRA.
